Over 2.5 hours you will begin a decadent journey with a 30 minute foot scrub and reflexology treatment, aimed to alleviate stress and relax the mind. After serving Japanese tea and sweets you will then be taken to our holistic room for hot stone therapy with your holistic therapist placing warm healing stones along meridians and chakras working the identified blockages through the body. Muscular work will gradually begin with a combination of Lomi Lomi strokes and hot stone deep tissue techniques, with muscular tension dissolving while taking the body and mind further into relaxation, allowing your sprit to the nurtured and healed. After 90 minutes of hot stone and Lomi body work you will finish with a 30 minute harmonising Japanese Shiatsu head massage.
